FRACTIONAL PARTNERSHIP
Ongoing support as needs and priorities evolve.
Are you carrying important work that does not fit neatly into one project, but also does not require a full-time hire?
A fractional partnership gives your organization ongoing access to Voyager’s operational, research, and systems-building support. We work closely enough with your team to understand the environment, follow priorities as they evolve, and take responsibility for work that would otherwise remain fragmented, delayed, or ownerless.
That may include developing internal systems, organizing knowledge, supporting strategic initiatives, improving workflows, building operational assets, or helping leadership turn new ideas into workable plans.
Unlike a traditional retainer, the partnership is not built around filling hours. We establish a clear area of responsibility, agree on priorities and working rhythms, and focus our time where it can create the most value. As needs change, the work can change with them.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
-
An ongoing area of work that needs steady attention, stronger ownership, or specialized support over time.
-
We step into a defined area of responsibility, help set priorities, and carry the work forward alongside your team.
-
Internal systems, research, documentation, workflow development, strategic initiatives, operational assets, and new ideas that need help becoming workable.
-
We agree on priorities, decision-makers, communication rhythms, and what success should look like. The work can evolve, but the partnership does not become a catch-all.
-
We work closely with the people who hold the knowledge and decisions, while taking enough ownership to reduce the burden on your team.
-
You gain experienced support in the areas where you need it without creating a permanent role or limiting the work to one fixed job description.
-
The partnership is centered on responsibility and progress, not simply reserving a block of hours each month.
-
We revisit the work together, adjust where our team is most useful, and keep the partnership aligned with what the organization needs now.
